Ducted

Your Spring store,
in every shopping channel.

Paste the store address. Nothing to install, nothing to export.

Spring (formerly Teespring) is where many YouTube creators sell their merch: one design offered as a tee, a hoodie, a mug or a sticker, printed to order. Ducted reads the catalog from the store address alone - a creator-spring.com address or your own domain - so the products are ready to map before you have opened a spreadsheet.

Creator merch rarely comes with a feed

Ad platforms assume a store that plugs in: an app, a catalog connector, an export button. Creator merch stores mostly do not, which is why merch that sells on stream or under a video rarely shows up in Shopping results or a retargeting catalog.

Ducted takes the store address and reads the catalog behind it directly. Nobody produces a file, nothing goes stale between uploads, and a new design is in the feed on the next refresh.

Every design as structured records

The catalog arrives as structured records, not page text. Every product type of every design carries the fields a shopping feed actually needs.

Every record carries
  • Title and the design description
  • Product page link, front mockup and the other mockup views as additional images
  • Price of each size with its currency, and in or out of stock
  • Colour and size
  • Product type, for example Men's Crew Neck Tee or Hoodie
  • Spring's Google product category for each product type, already in Google's own taxonomy (check it on accessories such as stickers)
Variants

Every size and colour, its own record

Every colour and size arrives as its own record, grouped under its design and product type - the shape Google Shopping requires for apparel. Each size carries its own price with its currency (larger sizes often cost more), is out of stock when that colour does not offer it, and links to the design page on its colour.

Each feed picks its rows: per size and colour, or per product →
Maps itself

The fields arrive pre-marked, so a new project maps itself: create a Google Shopping or Meta catalog feed and id, title, description, link, images, price, availability, colour and size are filled in before you touch anything, with item group, product type and Google product category matched by name.

Not in the source

GTINs, a brand name and sale prices are not in what Spring publishes. Set the brand as a fixed value on the project; where a channel wants a product identifier, add it from a second source with Feed Mixer.

Refreshed on schedule, watched in between

Ducted re-reads the store on every scheduled refresh, so new designs appear and a size that is no longer offered drops to out of stock without anyone touching the feed. The shape of the data is checked on every refresh as well: if Spring changes what it publishes, Ducted tells you rather than quietly serving an empty feed.

Common outputs for a Spring store

One mapped catalog, one output feed per channel. Each template carries that platform's required fields, accepted values and format rules.
