Upload what you already have

CSV, TSV, XML, JSON, JSONL and XLSX. Ducted reads the format and the separator for you, lists the columns, and AutoMap matches them against your template.

• Delimited files are read whatever separates them: comma, tab, semicolon or pipe.
• Spreadsheet exports work as they come out of Excel or Sheets.
• Nested XML and JSON are flattened into columns you can map.

Point us at a URL

Paste a feed URL and Ducted fetches it for you. CSV, TSV, XML, RSS and JSON all work, and a published Google Sheets CSV link is just another feed URL.

Connect a REST API

Point Ducted at an API endpoint and it pulls your catalog directly. Paginated APIs are handled automatically: Ducted collects the whole catalog with nothing for you to configure and nothing to maintain as the catalog grows.

Responses that are not a flat list are handled too. When the records sit under a wrapper, or several levels down, you pick the level that holds them and Ducted reads from there.

Self-serve covers unauthenticated GET endpoints, and APIs authenticated with a key in the URL. For anything else - POST requests, session or OAuth login, multi-step or bespoke sources - Website Indexing builds it for you.

No feed? No export? Still fine.

Website Indexing builds the source from your site. Product pages, supplier portals, JavaScript-rendered catalogs, paginated listings and REST endpoints - indexed, tested across your full catalog, and delivered as a live Ducted feed you can map like any other source.

When your data lives in more than one place

Catalog in one system, cost prices in a second, live stock in a third - that's the case single-source tools can't handle. Feed Mixer joins multiple sources on a shared key and serves one feed with merged columns and a single output URL.

Example: a dealer inventory feed with no pricing, a pricing spreadsheet updated weekly, and a stock file from the DMS. Mixed on VIN, they become one clean feed.
