A guided product tour
These are real screens from the product. Follow the exact path your data takes - map it, transform it, validate it, and serve it as an always-fresh URL - so you know precisely what you are getting before you sign up.
Every channel wants its own field names and rules. Start from a ready-to-map template for Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT Ads, and more - or build your own reusable format. The template defines the exact columns your output needs.
Ducted scores every source column against the template fields and pre-fills the best match, so a 40-field feed is mostly mapped in seconds. You just confirm the matches or tweak the few it was unsure about.
Need a sale price, a margin, or a unit price that is not a column in your data? Write a simple formula from the fields you already have - Ducted handles currency symbols and EU/US number formats for you.
Stitch a value together from hardcoded text and mapped tokens - a full product link from a base URL and a SKU, or a title assembled from brand, model, and colour. Separators and fixed text stay put; the data flows in.
Availability, custom labels, and flags rarely live as clean columns. Derive them with if / else-if rules: if the rating is high output "top-rated", else if there is a big discount output "clearance", otherwise "standard". First match wins.
Source data is rarely tidy - stray whitespace, inconsistent casing, raw numbers where the platform wants a currency. Chain transforms in order to fix it: trim, title-case, format as a price, append a unit. Stack as many as you need.
Most feed tools only tell you something is wrong after the platform rejects the whole file. Ducted resolves each mapping against real sample rows as you edit, showing per-step output and flagging values outside the accepted list - so you fix it before you publish.
A health report scores the whole feed for missing required fields, invalid values, broken URLs, and duplicates, with plain recommendations for each issue. Optional email alerts warn you the moment a live feed starts drifting.
You rarely want your entire catalog in every feed. Build precise include / exclude rules with grouped conditions - in-stock items in a price band, a single brand, anything flagged - and only the records that qualify go out.
The full product picture is often split up - catalog in one export, live stock in another, costs in a third. The Feed Mixer joins them on a shared ID so every record picks up its price, supplier, and stock. No spreadsheets, no VLOOKUP.
Your finished feed is a permanent URL in CSV, JSON, or XML that you paste straight into Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce, or any platform. It refreshes on a schedule, so the channel always reads current data - you never re-upload a file.
