Ducted offers multiple plans with different feature sets and limits. All limits are per project (projects, feeds, and records).

Starter - €25/mo

• 5 projects
• 15 feeds per project
• Up to 10,000 records per project
• Scheduled refresh (daily, minimum 24h interval)
• Feed Mixer (1 source)

Pro - €75/mo

• 15 projects (extra slots available in packs of 5)
• 40 feeds per project
• Up to 30,000 records per project
• Smart Refresh (hourly, minimum 1h interval)
• Feed Mixer with unlimited sources
• Priority support

Need more than 15 projects, more than 30,000 records per project, or retail-scale volume? Contact us for a custom plan.

What counts toward my limits?

• Records are the items (products, listings) in a project. If your source has more records than your plan allows, the feed serves the first records up to your limit - your data is never lost, and upgrading ingests the rest.
• Feeds are the mapped outputs you generate from a project. The built-in Raw feeds do not count toward your feed limit.
• Managed (indexed) projects on a Scraper Maintenance Plan are governed by that contract, not your feed plan's record cap or refresh interval.

Invoices and payments

Invoices are generated by your Ducted admin and sent to your billing email. You can view all issued invoices and make payments from the Billing page in your account.

Changing plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, contact your Ducted admin or use the Billing page if self-service options are available.

Billing details

Update your company name, address, and VAT number from the Billing page → Billing Details section. These details appear on all future invoices.
